LandModeClass::tLandWeather for weather types
To add a new weather category, first add a new enum in ObjectWeatherCategoryType.xml,
then add corresponding modifiers for this category in this file.
It's recommended (but not required) to have "Default" value specified for each modifier
for each weather type. If a unit does not have a weather category assigned to it, it'll use
"Default" value. If the "Default" value is not specified, the modifier is always 1.0f.
Note that Accuracy_Modifier is additive. E.g. if you have 0.4 accuracy modifier and
inaccuracy of 100 for this missile, the total inaccuracy will be
100+(100*(1.0-0.4)) =
100 + 60 = 160
This would mean a 60% inaccuracy increase (accuracy reduction).
EXAMPLES:
Accuracy Radius Multiplier
1.0 1 (ie., no change)
0.4 1.6 (60% more innacurate)
0.0 2 (100% more innacurate)
-0.5 2.5 (150% more innacurate)
-1.0 3 (200% more innacurate)-->
